Now that's a pie! John and I worked on making apple pie yesterday. I made a cheese crust and helped prepare the apples by peeling them. We had a ton of apples and somehow he got them all into the pie shell...truthfully, I didn't think it was possible. He seasoned and cooked all those apples and the pile was so high that when I put the top crust on them it just kind of draped around the hill of apples.
